* With automatic registration for the following year to the ATI. Those registered for the ATI 2025 Conference will become members of the ATI for the Year 2026 without payment of the registration fee.
In case of Collective registration, the price for ATI members is reserved for effective ATI members. Anyone who is not an ATI member pays the collective non-ATI member fee.

Please note: early bird discounted payment can be made until 4 July. In case of payment by bank transfer, the type of payment and the number of members must be specified in the reason for payment (e.g. collective 5 - 3 ATI members, 2 Non ATI members).
In case of collective registration by bank transfer, an email must be sent to amministrazione@eiomfiere.it with the list of registered members and their respective email addresses.

Members of the Associations AIMSEA (Italian Association of Fluid Machines and Systems for Energy and the Environment) and FTI (Italian Association of Technical Physics) are entitled to an additional discount of €20 including VAT (dinners, students and Collective excluded).

At least one author of each paper must be registered to the Congress (not as a Student without paper publication).
Papers will be published only upon payment of the Congress registration fee.
The publication will not indicate how the work will be presented.
Registration fees include VAT (22% VAT).

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FEES:
​
The 3-day Individual registration fee (excluding Students) includes: participation in all sessions of the Congress, right to (oral) presentation and publication of an accepted paper, social dinner, coffee break and lunch.
The One-Day Individual fee (excluding Students) includes: participation in all sessions of the Congress on the day of registration, right to (oral) presentation and publication of an accepted paper, coffee break, lunch buffet on the day of registration and evening event (if any) on the day of registration.

COLLECTIVE REGISTRATION FEES:
​
Collective fees are for each participant in a minimum group of 3 participants, from the same Institution.
There is no maximum number of participants in the Collective form. Each participant in the group must register individually for the Congress by filling in the registration form. In order for collective registration to be accepted, each participant in the group must indicate the names of the other participants from the same organisation on the registration form. In the absence of such communication, the individual fee will be applied.
The 3-day Collective registration fee includes, for each member: participation in all sessions of the Congress, right to (oral) presentation and publication of an accepted paper, social dinner, coffee break and lunch.
The daily Collective registration fee includes, for each registrant: participation in the sessions of the Congress on the day of registration, right to (oral) presentation and publication of an accepted paper, coffee break, lunch buffet on the day of registration.

The Student fee is valid for students, PhD students, post-doctoral fellows. It provides for the submission of papers that can only be presented in Poster form during the session dedicated to PhD students. In order to take advantage of the Reduced fee, it is necessary to explicitly declare the status of Student, Doctoral Candidate, Assignee, Post-Doctoral student in the registration form. The Reduced fee includes: participation in all sessions of the Congress, Poster presentation, coffee break and lunch buffet. It does not include participation in the social dinner, which can be purchased separately (Social Dinner fee).
Social Dinner
The Social Dinner is included in the 3-day Individual and 3-day Group registration fees.
The Social Dinner fee (VAT included) is also available for accompanying persons.
Attention: for logistical reasons related to the host structure, members who pay after 8 September may not be able to attend the dinner.

STUDENT REGISTRATION FEES:
​
The Student fee is intended to be valid for Students, Doctoral students, Postdoctoral students. In order to take advantage of the Reduced fee, it is necessary to explicitly declare the status of Student, Doctoral student, Assignee, Post-Doctoral student in the application form.

PAYMENT:
Payments must be made through the https://iscrizioni.atinazionale.it platform indicating the type of enrolment chosen. Only after having chosen the type of enrolment is it possible to make the payment.

CREDIT CARD (Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted). The form is protected and all credit card information provided during payment will remain confidential.

BANK TRANSFER: Once the payment has been made, please send a copy of the bank transfer together with a copy of the registration form to the Congress secretariat:

Any commission for the bank transfer must be paid by the participant and not by the Congress.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION:

All registrants will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you do not receive this e-mail from the Organising Secretariat in reasonable time, please notify us at: aticonference@eiomfiere.it
ELECTRONIC INVOICE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION:
​
The Organising Secretariat of the Congress is authorised to issue electronic invoices through the interchange system for Public Administrations. Each participant must register for the Congress by filling in the online registration form, which must then be handed in to the secretariat of the organisation he/she belongs to, indicating to contact us at the following email address: aticonference@eiomfiere.it
Please note that registration fees include VAT (22%).
Any requests for exemption must be promptly communicated to the Congress Secretariat.

DELEGATE CHANGE:
​
Please notify the Organising Secretariat promptly of any substitutions.
​​
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
​
Written notice is required to the EIOM Organising Secretariat by email.
Refunds:

By 29 June 2025: 50% (less bank charges)

After 29 June 2025: no refunds.
-
All refunds will be made after the Congress.
​
If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organisers, the Congress has to be cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded. ​
