The congress will be held at the "Politecnico di Bari" in via Edoardo Orabona, 4, 70126 Bari.

DESCRIPTION

 

The National Congress of the ATI (Italian Thermotechnical Association) will be held in September 2022, in Bari, Italy. The Congress is a meeting point for Governmental and Territorial Authorities, Producers, Social and Economic realities, the University Community and Research in the sectors of Fluid Machines and Systems for Energy and the Environment and Technical Physics, to discuss and outline the future and the SCIENTIFIC and political choices on the themes of energy transition and climate change.

 

The Congress will be an opportunity to assess the status of the changes introduced by COP26, the economic interventions envisaged by the PNRR and the PNC, within the framework of the country's National Strategy for Intelligent Specialisation. Among the various topics that will be addressed are the Energy and Environmental Conversion of Large Industrial Plants, Energy Smart Communities and Energy Ecosystems, Italian Hydrogen Valleys, Climate Change and Energy Infrastructure Resilience, Active Buildings, with the authoritative interlocution of national and regional public structures, the productive and industrial world, ENEA and CNR, socio-economic ecosystems, end users, local communities.

 

The Congress is organised, together with the regional and national energy districts, by the Italian Thermotechnical Association (ATI), which has been working since 1918 in the field of all technologies and processes related to energy and technical physics, and promotes research, innovation and knowledge transfer between universities, research centres and the production world.
